Simple Ways To Reduce Your Acne

The natural way means eating more fruit and vegetables that contain plenty of vitamin A.

Also, drinking plenty of water will help to get rid of acne as it will flush out the bad toxins in your body which can cause acne to appear.

Exercise will help you to get rid of your acne because doing about 30 minutes of exercise a day six days a week will make you sweat out the extra oil and unwanted toxins in your skin, but remember to wash your face with a cleanser afterwards to prevent your acne from worsening.

2. Herbal remedies.
There are many herbal remedies out there, some to your liking and some not. Some herbal remedies may not work, so you may have to try out different kinds and see which one works best for you. One of my favorites that works well on my face is “Tea Tree Oil”.

There are creams and pills herbal remedies, not just oils that treat acne. You should ask your pharmacist about the different kinds of herbal acne treatments on the market today.

3. Buying over the counter products.
Over the counter products can work well if you know what to look for. If you are not sure on what to look for when it comes to buying over the counter acne treatments, then you should consult your dermatologist. Over the counter products are mainly gels and creams that contain “Benzoyl peroxide” and/or “salicylic acid” which kills the infection that causes acne. You can often see results in just a few days.

4. See your dermatologist.
If you’re not sure what to use on your skin to treat acne, then you should go and talk to your dermatologist. They can help you find which treatment will work best on your skin.
